Welcome to Filament Jewellery Studio. These terms outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our handmade pieces. By accessing this website or commissioning our studio, we assume you accept these terms in full.

2. The Handmade Process

Every piece created in our studio is meticulously crafted by hand. As a result of this artisanal process, slight variations in texture, dimension, and finish are to be expected. These nuances are not defects; they are the distinctive hallmarks of authentic, handcrafted jewellery.

3. Bespoke Commissions

We take pride in creating custom pieces tailored to your exact specifications. For bespoke orders:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required before design or production begins.
  • Once the final design is approved and materials are sourced, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Expected timelines will be provided during the consultation phase, though these may shift slightly due to material sourcing.

4. Purchases & Returns

For items from our standard collections, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, certain items such as pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Bespoke pieces are strictly non-refundable.
